- 친구 (chingu) – Friend
- 약속 (yaksok) – Appointment/Plans
- 영화 (yeonghwa) – Movie
- 식당 (sikdang) – Restaurant

Making Plans:- '시간 있어요?' (Sigan isseoyo?) – Do you have time?
- '우리 영화 보러 갈까요?' (Uri yeonghwa boreo galkkayo?) – Shall we go watch a movie?
- '식당에서 저녁 먹을까요?' (Sikdang-eseo jeonyeok meogeulkkayo?) – Shall we have dinner at a restaurant?
At a Bar or Café:
- '맥주 한 잔 할까요?' (Maekju han jan halkkayo?) – Shall we grab a beer?
